"As far back as we can remember, our family has always been settled in Chouilly. The first traces of our presence in the village date back more than 300 years, and perhaps even before. An unbreakable, almost irrational bond unites us to our land of origin.
Deeply attached to this modest Champagne village, we were born in Chouilly and we will stay here.
Even today, our entire family lives here, crafting Champagne for four generations. We would never leave this village for anything in the world. Life is good in Chouilly and we have made our indomitable house the symbol of this adage.
In our family, the family bond is sacred. It is the foundation of everything. From Champagne making to our daily life, everything is done collegially. And it is our village that concentrates all the strength of this imperishable bond. Because as far back as we can remember, we are rooted in Chouilly."
